I was at a multi-school event last night that included Ross, and this is what they said about the team exercise: It's a group of 4 to 6 people. You're given a set of every day words to weave into a problem/solution. They're looking to see how you interact in a group. I know that doesn't really clear much up

Meanwhile my alumnus has said we can Skype instead of me flying out to meet them. On the one hand, making the trip shows the additional effort but on the other hand I wonder if it being easier for the alum and saving a few hundred dollars in the process is the better option here... EDIT: I couldn't decide so I just essentially emails them saying in-person works basically forcing myself into a decision haha. Sometimes you just have to make the gut decision and go for it.

I asked for an off-site interview, and now 3 days passed without any reply. Meanwhile, there isn't any other suitable slot left at the place or via skype... What should I do... Do I have to fly farther...?
