Darden interview invites don't have any deadlines. For R1, R2 & R3 applicants, the school does not post specific dates for sending interview invites but notes that candidates could get an invitation up until the decision date. All the best!

Glad to know that but also so ambiguous. It makes it tough to schedule one's plan (invitation till decision date WTF) . Darden what the heck.

Anyone who has interviewed with Darden in this cycle ( EA admits please chip in! ), Is the interview format the same as previous year? i.e. A long tell me about yourself - 15 - 20 mins followed by some behavioral questions?

Yes, I confirm. The pattern is the same. My biggest advice is to stay organized for this question and don't be afraid to briefly share personal things about your background. Behavioral questions are generally asked if you had mentioned some project that you led or worked on. So expect some and be succinct! I know you didn't ask for interview advice, so I'll stop, but let me know if you need any information. Darden interview was the most relaxed and straightforward for me. They really just want to know your story and if you have researched on how Darden can help you achieve your goals. Good luck!

Yes, the pattern is pretty much the same. The interview is very conversational in its nature. So every followup will be depend on how you present your story. As sdlife said, they really want to know you and your story. All the best!
