Hey guys,

Good luck for the decisions!

Once you get the admit, please send your admit letter to sarthak.pandey1994@gmail.com and/or abhirup_ab@yahoo.com.

We will add you to the ISB Co2019 group. We already have some seniors, YLP and EEO admits in the group.

Cheers and good luck!

Just got an email from ISB that R1 decisions will be released on December'12th and not tomorrow. Anyone else got a similar email?

One more week of waiting, I guess then!

Did everyone receive the email? Anybody here who did not? I have neither received the result, nor any intimation about the postponement/expected date.
Did you get an interview invite?

Yes, I received the mail too on Nov 30th.

I'm wondering if all the people who applied for the need-based waiver and got interviewed received the mail or just a few?

Hi,
I am new to this so please forgive me If this question appears to be stupid.
I am planning to give GMAT by Feb. and I am seeking admission for the 2019 batch through YLP. But on the ISB website I saw that there are 2 stages of admissions
Stage 1 has already closed, and the stage 2 closes in March. My First Question is are these deadlines for the YLP 2019 Intake????
Secondly, on December 2018, I will complete 2 years of professional Work Experience.
So does this mean that ,by my plan of giving the GMAT, I cant get entry through YLP and I have to take admission through Regular Intake??
Can't I apply in mid of 2018 i.e in October 2018 for the YLP intake of 2019?

Hi Suramya,

Firstly, YLP is an entry only for candidates who are currently pursuing their final year of the undergraduate degree. From my understanding of the information that you have given, you have been working from December 2016. This automatically rules you out from applying through the YLP route. However, you can apply through the usual PGP route. The EEO route is for candidates who have less than 2 years of work experience as on 31st March 2019 (although I am not sure about the exact cut off, you fall under the PGP route since you complete 2 years in December 2018)

Now coming to the two stages of admissions, there is no specific distinction between the two rounds other than the reason that a few seats will get filled up in the first stage. So the earlier you apply the better. Now coming to GMAT, You can write it at any time of the year at your convenience. The only thing that ISB checks is whether your GMAT score was submitted before the respective stage of admission that you have applied for.

Hope this helps

So this screenshot pertains to the batch that will join in April 2018. Similar deadlines will be released for the next year as well

Is there a rejection mail sent out or do we have to assume that we got dinged if there isn't an email?
