IMO B.
"Taking..." acting as subordinate clause. "To standardize..." maintains the parallelism in the list.

B. "taking advantage of off-season demand" is a modifier and "to standardize" makes the sentence parallel.

Taking is ok, take is wrong

Correct answer is B

To Sell....to standardize and to predict
