Hi. I have been studying on my own for GMAT (referred Princeton Review Cracking GMAT and
OG) for last 4 months and plan to take GMAT exam on 5th October 2019. I am scoring V28-V31 in verbal and Q45-47 in Quant on the practice tests (Princeton Review online test and GMAT official practice exam). I am confident of achieving Q49 by working on my weak areas. However, I really need help with the verbal to improve my score.
I asked around and people suggested
e-gmat. With less than one month remaining, should I go for
e-gmat or GMAT club resources? Please suggest.
Hi NeerajAhuja,
Welcome to GMATCLUB!
E-gmat is indeed a great resource for Verbal and will surely help you improve on your weak areas. With regard to the timing, I guess it totally depends on you. Note that
E-gmat is a very comprehensive course and covers the entire Verbal section really well. However it is a bit lengthy and will require you to dedicate some time to the course. If you can dedicate around 1-2 hours per day on weekdays and 3-4 hours per day on weekends, then you most certainly will be able to cover most of the concept files in a month. However I do recommend keeping sometime for the scholaranium as I believe that is one of the key highlights of the course and if used efficiently you will see great improvements in your scores.
Hope this helps. All the best!
