Hi all,
Do you know how important it is to submit your application as far in advance of the deadline as possible (vs. submitting the day before the deadline)?
Obviously it would be better to submit in advance as long as the application is done. But I could give myself one more chance at the GMAT (don't desperately need a better score, but I think there's a chance I could improve a touch) and submit the day before the deadline, if that's not a huge red flag.
Does a school look at a submission on Dec 27 much more favorably than on Jan 4 (for a Jan 5 deadline), for example?
Thanks!
Hello 123456787654321 ( I know you ran out of ideas with this id
! )
When B-schools have specific deadlines, most schools pick your application for evaluation right after the deadline only. In other words, there are no extra brownie points when you submit early.
However, some schools have
rolling deadlines. In such cases, they pick applications and evaluate them as soon as you submit. For such schools applying well before the deadline would be beneficial for an applicant.

Shree
Could you explain details on "rolling deadline"? I mean: What's the advantage and disadvantage when submitted ''rolling deadline''?
The scholarship is not available after round 2 (most of the cases) if they are not rolling deadline so far i know, but if it is ''rolling deadline'' is there any chance to get scholarship after round 2 (before deadline of round 3)?
