I highly doubt it. There seem to be extremely few certified US invites. Maybe Europe is done (huge batch seemed to go out today) but I would be surprised if the US didn't get some invites tomorrow.

Obviously I have no inside info though.

I seriously think it's not all over yet.. neither for Europe nor for Asia. I can't guess for US. Don't you guys think it's a bit strange that none of the gmat club members got any invites yesterday? While live wire was flooding with Europe invites. My gut says that no invites were sent yesterday and majority invites on live wire are fake. Trollers have a typical style of writing the notes below the invites. Be hopeful! We are likely to get a big batch of invites today.

I think what's more interesting is to check whether people applying to MIT are restricting themselves by applying in Round 1. I know for a fact from a current student that round one in 2015 saw a record number of applications when I applied last year. I was a re-applicant this time, I chose to go for Round 1 and I am assuming that I am ding already in India (I did get M7 invites so I think I have a decent enough app overall). If the round one is really the busiest round, then it could very well be that people applying in Round 2 are up for a lot less competition. That being said, its very hard to check this.

No, it's more beneficial to apply R1. Talked to current student too. Sloan adcoms weren't prepared for the flood of R1 applicants, and ended up admitting so many R1 applicants that the R2 crowd was fighting for way fewer seats.

OMG I just got an invite! I had pretty much given up hope on Sloan considering today is the last day! Best of luck to all of you and good luck at the interview! Looks like interview dates are all the way up till December 8th so that should give those living outside Boston plenty of time to get flights and hotel for the visit!

Got my ding without interview today when I checked the application portal at ~3:00PM ET. It said there was a status update with a link to a rejection letter. I'm a bit bummed, but it was a long shot. Good luck to everyone who received an invite!
