lindseym
Hi I m having troubles being familiar with RC section
I really wanna take notes or mark up on important conjunctions or whatnot while the computer only allows us to look through the passages. If facing to a number of words, i finally end up forgetting important points, so that i keep reading again and again. Is there anybody who overcame this or have personal tips?
You should not bored on reading the passage. You have to just active reader and should know how a RC passage is created!
Here you go for one RC passage.....
Once upon a time, lindseym made one theory on XXXXXX when s/he stayed in near to YYYY. That theory was totally untestable in those days.paragraph two...... Paragraph three....... Question:
What is the primary purpose of this passage? The primary purpose of this passage is:
---> The author is going to ............a theory and trying to
test it.
So, how it works?
Be attentive the adjective "untestable". Why the author used the word "untestable"? Actually the author is trying to test that theory, because that theory was
untestable once upon a time! If the author is NOT going to test it right now, it is totally pointless to introduce the theory as
untestable. And the next two paragraph is used to
"how to test it?", probably!
So, my suggestion: you should NOT bother about so many words when taking notes. You have to keep your notes less than 25 words in first sense, then concise it to 5 words!
