My advise would be take the time. Retrospect and try to identify where your application was lacking and then work on it. Network a lot too. Chat with student ambassadors and tell them about your situation. Ask them if they can send a support letter for you. Research about Olin better and learn why you want to be at Olin.
Just mailing them within 2-3 days would not give you proper time and ideas to improve yourself. Moreover, if you connect with Student Ambassadors or Current Students and they agree to write support letters or even talk with the AdCom about your situation, the email is best served after they have completed those.

The decisions for Olin R3 will be on or before May 1st. So will the R2 waitlisted candidates expect results by then? If so wouldn't it be a problem for the International applicants to get their process done before joining Olin?
