For those who are waiting to hear back, I don't want to burst your bubble but I'll be straight up:
these deadlines are soft deadlines.
What this means is that Rotman is not 100% committed to them. They'll do their best, of course, but if they can't meet the deadline, then they won't meet the deadline. Usually this happens when there is a larger than expected number of applicants. It happened in my year, and every year since, as far as I know.
It sucks, but it is what it is. This also means that just because you haven't heard back before the deadline, doesn't mean it's a rejection; it could merely mean they're behind on their assessments. There have been cases where they won't let you know they'll be late in giving you a response (or they just forgot).
Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do but wait it out and hope for the best.
