Is admission more likely for applicants in round 3 vs. round 4? I am trying to determine which round I should apply in for 2020.

R3 over R4, though I'd advise R1/R2 next year as that'd be even better.

You got 3 days, get the application sent for round 2, you'll have a better chance
Good luck!

Do Indian candidates need to provide TOEFL score to submit the application even if the medium of instruction during undergraduate course was English?

No.
I don't remember if it was USC or UNC, but one of these schools waives english test for all the Indians, they have it specifically written on their English tests section, feels pretty good, doesn't it pal?

USC is very selective about GMAT though. Hope that helps

Revoking this link since we've had some spam on the group. Feel free to ping me and I'll share the new link to the admitted students' https://gmatclub.com/chat group.

I received an invite that came from Elaine Padilla. The e-mail started off thanking me for my recent application and then included the info about the event. It sounds like that's what you received, I'm curious to hear if others received it too. My assumption is that it went out to any women who recently applied.

Hey ppl,

I submitted in Round 2. Haven't received any communication yet. Not even a generic email like "Thank you for submitting application". The Application status page doesn't really have any info.

Anyone got any confirmation email as such?

I have received an email containing the USC id and steps to create an account on the portal where they will share the decision letter.

From the decision tracker, I don't see any international applicants with R2 interview invites yet.

There are a lot of discussions here on which round to apply. I advise you to check the results from the following link.
