Are you applying for R2? I would suggest check the requirements of every college you want to apply to, not all will have a waiver ( e.g UCLA ). So if you have time, you are better off just giving the exam.

Note: UT is one of the few schools that requires Indian applicants to have either a 4-year undergraduate degree or a separate masters to be eligible for the program. Does anyone know when decisions will go out? Some of the other schools have the dates that decisions are released, and I've been accepted to another priority school of mine who need a decision by December 7th. I received an interview invite by email yesterday, but have not booked a time yet. If I won't receive a decision before December 7th, I may not spend money on a ticket to Austin. Any guidance will help. Thanks!
