I need some help regarding sending my IELTS score to Rotman. They said on their site that I have to mail a hard copy of the result. Can we not send them the score electronically from IELTS authorities? Usually we get only one hard copy result sheet after the test. Do I send them that through DHL? Please advise.

What Rotman means is that you request the testing authorities to send a copy of report to Rotman. You do not need to send any hard copy!
Hi Folks, I am from Mumbai. Received an admit from Rotman. Just wanted to check is anyone seeking loan from BMO through SBLC route. I am finding it difficult to secure SBLC from Indian Banks. Would really help if someone can give some guidance based on their experience.
You might want to connect with the Rotman alumni/current students(via LinkedIn) to check how they went about their finances. Alternatively, you might want to check with Prodigy Finance for finance related queries. I shall PM you the LinkedIn username of a couple of Indian students in Rotman.

In my case, I was given exactly one month. The letter said that tuition for the 2018 academic year will not be set till July. They provided the 2017 tuition from the Rotman MBA website as a baseline. Check the website.

Technically, I don't need one at the moment, if I factor the moderate scholarship and use the basic budget listed on their website, adding an extra 3-5% for contingency. I plan to go through year 1 first, then see if I need a small loan in year 2 or perhaps find a TA position, so I don't have to pay interest unnecessarily.

You might wish to contact [email protected] for further details. For the SBLC, any big branch of HDFC would be able to issue the same, though its preferable to get it done through SME branch of SBI for better rates.
