The motivation for MBA and why Now brief? : I saw that there was a need for organizations to apply more strategic thinking to talent decisions as retail moves to more experiential. I wont bore you all with the details!
Short-Term Goal : Return to my current organization

Why UNC Kenan-Flagler? :
1. Why UNC: Oldest Public University, sense of community amongst undergraduate students, UNC School of Medicine and UNC Medical Center (top-ranked hospital), located in Chapel hill - apart from great weather, being a college town, cost of living is very close to American national average.
2. Why KFBS: One of the most responsive set of alumni, who will help you out no matter what. This aspect of KFBS is not that obvious OR highlighted in the info on the open domain. My interactions have been most responsive with KFBS students/alumni. KFBS also has a great network in healthcare and Pharma. Also, coming from a non-traditional background, ASW is a great way to sharpen quant skills and network with classmates.

The motivation for MBA and why Now brief? :
Want to develop into a more rounded candidate by adding business skills to my technical experience.

Short-Term Goal :
To work with a healthcare/Lifesciences focussed consulting firm to help influence drug availability and accessibility.

Long-Term Goal :

To work with a global pharma company in a leadership role.

Did you use the help of an MBA Consultant? : 
Not for this admission cycle, but for an earlier one. I did solicit the services of Applicantlab.com. If like me, you are from a non-traditional background, I highly recommend it. You can get a good discount through GMATCLUB. The main advantage of ApplicantLab is that it does all the tedious, boring work for you so that you can focus on the material that matters the most. Also, it's cheap compared to other consultants. One can always go for a trial to check it out.

Any comments, feelings, advice to share?:
For KFBS - Reachout to students/alumni. Be yourself, be open, know why KFBS matters in your journey, Also, know what you bring to the program. Be honest about your shortcomings, and demonstrate that you have the insight and are working on improving them.

4. Alumni network and culture: The most approachable and helpful current students and alumni that I reached out to. They genuinely appreciated their MBA experience and highly endorsed the school. Especially the international current students and alumni were very honest in giving realistic recruitment info, acknowledged what could be done better and guided me about how I can overcome some restraints as an international student.
The motivation for MBA and why Now brief? : As a career enhancer in the healthcare industry, I want to build my business acumen. With a deep knowledge in pharma and 4 yrs of work ex in the same industry, I want to learn the intricacies and nuances of global business. 
Short-Term Goal : Healthcare consultant/ Brand manager
Long-Term Goal : Strategy and commercialization leader in pharma industry

Any comments, feelings, advice to share?: Apply in the round where you feel your candidacy can be the strongest but also be mindful that the later you apply the tougher your chances will be even with a really good profile. In my opinion the later rounds are more welcoming to students with uncommon profiles. Make sure you talk to the students at target school and ask specific questions (e.g. which professor impacted you the most? Which event at the club helped you in your MBA journey the most) that you can use as inputs for your essays or interviews. Adcoms love to see you have done your homework.
