Have any Tech MBA applicants received invites for interviews?

I did. I applied Round 3 on 1/15 within a couple hours of the deadline. I received the interview invite via email on Wed. Feb 6th. I was definitely starting to get worried, but it seems like its just taking a while to get through the applications.

Any idea when they start interviewing international students?

Do you mean that when they start conducting interviews in off-campus locations such as China, London, India etc. If yes, that would ideally happen starting from March.
