I do not know if others were going to get the call, and I was called later in the afternoon. What I think helped me get off the waitlist was listening to what my waitlist manager was asking for. It helped me craft a proper essay response for my update!

But do you think that there would be chances to get in now? I mean, they would have to be really in trouble with deferrals if they have more than really few spots still available, no? I'm not sure if would be good to apply now, or better wait for next R1...

Hey Everyone! I've got a question for you all. I applied in Round 2 and got invited for an interview on April 1st. (Late I know) I emailed admissions a week ago to check on the status of my app because I hadn't heard anything. They said I should have a decision in my portal. I've been checking my portal every day and it still just says "Submitted." The only thing that has changed is I now have a Computing ID and Reference ID that I used to create an SIS portal. I also haven't received any emails with info. Does anyone have any ideas?

Where exactly does the status show submitted in your portal?

It shows Submitted in 2 places. The first is the page with "Application Management" at the top. Under "Type" it says "2020 MBA Round 2" then it says "Status" "Submitted" followed by when I started/submitted the application. It also says "Submitted" when I click on "2020 MBA Round 2" It again says when I started/submitted the application.

Has anybody heard from their waitlist manager since the second R1 deposit deadline last friday the 24th? Are they giving any updates to anyone or just radio silence?
