Guys, just have a quick question for you'll:
While sending the hard copy of the transcripts to USC, do we need to fill in the Form 3 : Transcript Cover Letter (which is essentially meant for the Registrar of your University to send the trancript to USC)? I will be sending the sealed envelope of my transcript through DHL and will not be asking the registrar of my University to do so.
Additionally, the form requires me to to enter the USC ID, which I will only receive upon submission of my online application. So, would it be okay for me to send them the hard copy of the transcript after submission of my online application, which would mean them receiving the hard copy post deadline date?
I'm guessing this would have been an issue lots of you'll would have faced during application and hope someone can help out!
This is really complicated application.
