Do we need to submit only hard copy of the transcripts or are there any additional materials needed as an international applying in Round-2?
I am planning to send the packaage in a couple of days and don't want to miss out on anything.
A covering letter enlisting details of the package should suffice, I presume? Or, is there a protocol to be followed while sending the package that I am missing out?
Pardon the stupidity of my question, but it is my first time with such stuff.

Also, I read on the site that official transcripts and degree information need to be verified by IERF for international applicants. Does this mean that we need to submit our transcripts and scanned-degree copies to IERF in addition to USC office?
Does this all have to be done along with the online application and within the deadline?
