Looks like last year it was mostly U.S. first but there was one from Shanghai early November notice for R1

I'm in stern EMBA. Start in aug2018. I work in Finance and currently in middle management.

Very simple process of getting in. Essays very straight forward as well. 1 topic of why an MBA and 1 topic of what you will do with your mba.....

I just received an interview invite as well. Submitted day-of the deadline, and my LORs were actually a day or two late.

edit - and I received the email at 305 EST, so it seems like there was a wave sent out at that exact time

Nope. Haven’t heard of any. Last tear they released their decisions on Monday. They did the same this year. Ha ha. But I think this is a weekly thing. We should expect to hear next week now. If we don’t hear by 15th then it is a scary scenario.

Usually if you don’t get an invite within 4 weeks chances of getting one become slimmer. But that’s just my thinking. It could just be a delay on their part. So don’t stress on this.

I looked back at last year's interview invites on Live Wire, and I'm not sure where this Monday pattern is coming from. Looks like a decent chunk of invites last year on 11/9 which was a Wednesday...

True. I was talking about Oct 31st when they started rolling out invites. That was a Monday. And even current year invites started out on a Monday. But that doesn’t hold true for Nov 9th as you said. But clearly they seem to release invites in batches. So it could be a Monday or a Wednesday, but it will prolly be once in a week.
