I come from a background and country where people rarely consider getting an MBA from US, let alone getting into top MBA programs. But I wanted to try. First, I tried on my own and could not go anywhere. So I decided to get advice and see if I have a chance. I had a 30 minutes discussion with Katy and later she reviewed my materials and pointed out the issues in my previous application. She candidly mentioned the risks and realistic chances of someone with my background getting into top MBA schools (which is not that high).
