As an Indian male with a below average GPA, I was doubtful about getting into a top MBA program. However, working with Harshad completely changed my opinion. From the get-go he was extremely transparent and honest. He candidly explained to me I come from an over represented demographic and will have to score an above average GRE score to compensate.
