Count me as another one from CA who just got in too (2:16 PST). $60k fellowship divided evenly between years.

After 9 failed applications for the classes of 2014 and 2015 at various schools, a relief to finally get in years later.

Go to your status page and open the acceptance letter, scroll way down, past the Dean's signature and UCLA address. The bottom of the page should have something that reads like this:

When I checked on the morning of the 15th the fellowship letter had not yet been uploaded. By evening it was there.

I got the same thing. Ding with suggestion to apply to FEMBA. I got an email from the FEMBA program a couple days later with instructions to apply.

I already submitted my deposit to Johnson so not going to bother. oh well.

I am going to apply for Round 2. Please advise whether for international students UCLA accepts notarized copies of transcripts and degree certificates, or only ATA translated?

I believe you need both when invited to interview, scanned copies of the transcripts should be fine when applying however. If you're unsure just send the admissions team an email and they will clarify - I found them to be very helpful when applying.
