I interviewed with Ms. Jackie Jones, Assistant Director - Admissions from Tepper CMU about 2 weeks ago and here is my review:

- It was very relaxed and conversational, without surprising or tricky questions. It lasted about 30 mins. Some of my questions were:
1, Walk me through your experience from undergrad education to current job
2, We talk a little bit about my non-professional hobby = boxing
3, Short term goals right after an MBA?
4, Plan B for short term?
5, Tell me about a time when you collaborated and helped other succeed?
6, Tell me about a time when you worked with people from different culture?
7, Any experience of working in different industries? Lessons learnt
8, Why Tepper?

So, all in all a good experience and the interviewer was nice and supportive. The best part was my interviewer. She tried to keep me talking most of the time and listened while I answered, then she made some summarizing statements - I think - to cross check whether she misunderstood my sharing.

Now I'm waiting for the result - so nervous because I really want to join Tepper this fall :(

@kunaljubce: i think there might be another wave of interview invites for R2. A friend pm me last week for interview advice and she said that she had just been invited in that week.
However i don't know whether the period lasted for how long.

I don't understand when they know everyone is waiting with baited breath why do they send such mails to all applicants and not just to the one that are selected ..

Welcome weekend is on April 7-8. Decisions for round 2 are being released on March 15, so that might be a short amount of time for people to get their vacation days and stuff figured out. They might be sending it to everyone so that you can prep that stuff before hand in the case that you are admitted.
