There are no right or wrong answers. Be authentic and tell us what we won’t learn about you in the rest of your application. Imagine that you meet up with a member of the admission committee at an airport while on a layover. You have an opportunity to make a memorable impression. Use this essay to introduce yourself. Include any information that you believe is important for the committee member to know about you, both professionally and personally. Only one essay is required. Requirements: 300-350 words maximum, 12-point font, double-spaced OPTIONAL ESSAY There also is an optional essay for additional information about your candidacy that you may wish to share with the admissions committee. Use this essay to convey important information that you may not have otherwise been able to convey. This may include unexplained resume gaps, context for recommender selection, etc. If you are a re-applicant, explain how your candidacy has strengthened since your last application. Could very well be. Intend on giving them a call today to check on whether any additional materials are required. Tough to be optimistic but hoping for the best. Were you able to reach them or get any update? Sorry about the wait. Was travelling for some office work. So I had a word with them today to check on the status of my materials and they said that they're all complete and I should be receiving a response before the notification deadline.

Is there anyone who got an invite post the first wave in January? This whole waiting thing is getting the best of me. Should I just assume it's a ding and move on?

alphaAbhishek123 I had submitted application on R2 deadline day and i got interview call on Feb 1st.

I submitted in January. Didn't get an interview call. Later got an email asking an official document showing GPA - whereas my alma mater uses only letter grade system. I called to clarify and during the call found out they tried to send an email - inviting for an interview, that I never got. Tepper resent the email and I registered for one. That was about 8-9 days back - early February. But, there were only about 7-8 slots were available and chances are pretty slim at this stage. Never say never, until they notify you otherwise. What if you are on a WL? Not trying to create false hope, but I am kind of an optimistic person, so love to keep hopes alive till the end.

I submitted additional documents too. I have sent them out a mail to find out the status.

Did anyone else receive the save the date email for Welcome Weekend April 13-14 and kind of freak out a little bit? I was Definitely disappointed it was nothing more than a save the date!! Posted from my mobile device
