How do we submit an additional LOR if we are a waitlist candidate. The waitlist form doesn't give an option to send an email to the supervisor. Should I get the LOR and upload it myself on the waitlist page?

You're not supposed to see the LoRs your supervisors write so you shouldn't upload them yourself! Asking your supervisor to mail the letter directly to ad-com might be a viable option. I'd advise you to contact the admissions team directly before taking any action though! Simply ask them how can I share additional LoRs to strengthen my candidacy. They are on a Christmas break though so the responses might be slower than usual!

Did they send the interview invites? I got a mail from one of their departments for any clarification that I wanted. Anyways one of my recommendations is still not done, so will close it ASAP. Posted from my mobile device
