Qualifications

• Must be applying to the school that you want to lead
• Should be courteous to other forum members and have ability to motivate others to participate in conversation.

Responsibilities

• Add/update the school status on the fellow applicants profile based on their responses. For instance, if an applicant says that he got an interview invite but the school status on his profile still says submitted, feel free to update the status on applicant's profile to "Invited to Interview".
• Engage applicants in the discussion. Encourage people to share their experience - we believe the more people share and discuss their journey, the higher are the chances for a well-informed application (much like the GMAT forums).
• Keeping the thread updated with events/deadlines/etc - e.g. posting relevant material, updates, interview debriefs, etc.
• Keeping the thread organized - if something very helpful/valuable got posted, it would be helpful to put it into the very first post so that the first post serves as a valuable guide.
• Have fun. Feel free to try new things, reach out to current students, alums (we will be happy to get you in touch with some of them), create chatrooms, and whatever you feel will make the forum better than others.
