Kaplan 800 Advance Studies
Ah, perfection ... We humans are a demanding bunch. We don't bound out of bed in the morning aspiring to mediocrity, but rather striving for perfection. The perfect mate. The perfect job. The perfect shoes to go with the perfect outfit. Webster's defines perfection as "the quality or state of being complete and correct in every way, conforming to a standard or ideal with no omissions, errors, flaws or extraneous elements." The GMAT test makers define perfection as a score of 800. If GMAT perfection is what you're after, then you've come to the right place. Kaplan has been training test takers to ace the GMAT for decades and we salute your quest for perfection. The perfect GMAT score. The perfect business school. The perfect career. We have the perfect book for you.
WHO SHOULD USE THIS Thread
This book is comprised exclusively of examples of the toughest material you're likely to see on the GMAT No easy stuff, no run-of-the-mill strategies—just killer problems, passages, and questions, complete with Kaplan's proven techniques to help you transcend "above average" and enter the rarified arena of GMAT elite. Even if a perfect score is not your immediate goal, diligent practice with the difficult material in this book can help develop your skills and raise your score.
HOW TO USE THIS Thread
This book is divided into sections corresponding to the scored question types contained on the GMAT. Each section provides detailed guidelines on how to make the most of the material. Jump right to the section that gives you the most trouble, or work through the sections in the order presented—it's up to you. No matter what you do, try not to overload; remember that this is dense, complicated material, and not representative of the range of difficulty you'll see on test day. One thing's for sure: If you can ace this stuff, the real thing will be a breeze.

What can one expect if one is scoring 50-55% in hard level problems? Out of the 17q CR quiz I took of the online question bank, I scored 53% UNDER the TIME LIMIT OF 34 MINS.
